Adv. Priyadarshini Upadhyay is the Founder & Managing Partner of Eaglise Law Associates and has been practising law for over 12 years. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and holds an LL.M., a B.A. (Hons.) from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and an LL.B. from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida.

Before founding Eaglise Law Associates, she trained under Sh. Murari Tiwari, Senior Advocate & Former Chairman, Bar Council of Delhi, and Sh. Tarun Bedi, Advocate, where she gained extensive experience in litigation, legal research, and courtroom practice.

She regularly appears before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, and various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. Adv. Priyadarshini is an Empanelled Advocate with Punjab National Bank (PNB) and also advises several corporate entities, business organisations, and law firms on litigation strategy, recovery proceedings, legal documentation, commercial disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Adv. Rupesh Kumar Jha is a practising Advocate with experience in litigation, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. He holds an LL.B. and a Bachelor's degree from Ramjas College, University of Delhi.

He regularly represents clients before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Consumer Commissions, Lok Adalats, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. His practice includes civil, criminal, banking, consumer, corporate, and commercial matters, with particular experience in banking recovery, cheque dishonour cases, transport and logistics disputes, contractual matters, corporate compliance, and commercial litigation.

He is experienced in drafting petitions, contracts, legal notices, agreements, legal opinions, and commercial documentation, while assisting clients with litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.

Before joining Eaglise Law Associates, he was associated with Om Logistics Ltd., where he handled litigation management, contractual documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with authorities across India.
